Sector 29 YEIDA

Located on the Yamuna Expressway, YEIDA Sector 29 is an industrial area designed for MSMEs, Apparel, and Handicraft Parks. It is in close proximity to the upcoming Jewar International Airport and offers a diverse range of industrial clusters and plot sizes.

This sector is strategically positioned to connect with major tourist destinations like Agra and Delhi. Moreover, it is near the future Jewar International Airport and is part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.

Planned infrastructure improvements, including a monorail and metro extension to the airport, will further enhance connectivity.

A new Apparel Park spanning 150 acres is set to be established, focusing on manufacturers and exporters in the handicraft, handloom, fabric, ready-made garment, and furniture sectors.

The development will feature industrial plots tailored for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Additionally, a Handicraft Park is included in the plans. The industrial plots will be offered in multiple sizes, from 450 square meters to 20,000 square meters and even larger.
