YEIDA Sector 24 is designed as a mixed-use area, featuring plots that vary in size from 5 to 50 acres. Situated along the Yamuna Expressway, it provides access to significant tourist destinations, trade centres, and commercial hubs. The sector aims to facilitate industrial operations, residential communities, and leisure amenities, all while prioritizing sustainable development.

The location’s proximity to the Yamuna Expressway, which connects prominent tourist destinations like Agra and Delhi, along with its trade and commerce activities, will be essential for its economic base. The sector is planned with a 100-meter wide road on one side, and a 45-meter wide road is proposed to be constructed.
