Village 7% Abadi YEIDA Plots

These plots are allotted as a compensation for the land acquired by YEIDA. These were offered as 7% of the total land acquired. They are also known as 7% Plots Yamuna Expressway or 7% Farmer Quota Plots in Yamuna Expressway.

YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) plans to allot 7% “abadi” (residential) plots to farmers whose land was acquired for development, aiming to prevent encroachment, reduce displacement, and keep farmers connected to their villages. 

These plots are allotted to farmers whose land was acquired by YEIDA. 

They are similar to previous farmer quota plots in Noida and Greater Noida. 

These plots are primarily for residential use, but 50% of the area can be used for specific commercial activities approved by YEIDA, such as guest houses, clinics, or coaching centres. 

The plots are located near the villages of the farmers who are allotted the plots.
