Sector 18, Pocket 7D & 7E

Located in Sector 18, Pockets 7E and 7D enjoy excellent connectivity due to their access to a 45-meter-wide road and a 130-meter-wide road. They are merely 2 kilometres from the Yamuna Expressway and 18 kilometres from Pari Chowk. Furthermore, these pockets are adjacent to the Yamuna City Ring Road.

Pocket 7D features plot sizes of 60 square meters, 120 square meters, and an additional option of 300 square meters.

Pocket 7E has three plot sizes of 90 square meters, 120 square meters, and 162 square meters. This is the only pocket in Sector 18 that does not have 300 Sq. m.
