Sector 18, Part-3C

This residential property area of Sector 18, Part-3C is developed by the Yamuna Authority.  It has four big green parks, a facility land and a plot for commercial activities as well.

This Part-3C is two sided connected to 45-meter-wide, 100-meter-wide roads and the Yamuna Expressway. 

The designated areas contain roads that vary in width, specifically 12 meters (40 feet), 18 meters (60 feet), and 24 meters (90 feet).
