Master Plan of Noida Extension

The Noida Extension Master Plan, which is part of the larger Noida Master Plan 2031 and the YEIDA Master Plan, is designed to convert the area into an economic centre by improving infrastructure, fostering industrial development, and enhancing connectivity, including the establishment of Korean and Japanese cities.

These master plans aim to turn Noida and the Yamuna Expressway regions into economic powerhouses through upgraded infrastructure, industrial expansion, aviation sectors, and better connectivity. They promote the establishment of IT parks, industrial zones, and commercial centres to boost the local economy, generate jobs, and encourage commercial real estate development.

The New Noida township will cover 20,000 hectares, with 41 designated areas for industrial purposes. The New Noida Master Plan 2041 and the New Noida Villages List signify a new phase of urban development in Uttar Pradesh, giving special importance to smart infrastructure, sustainability, and economic advancement. New Noida will be developed in four phases, starting with the first phase covering 3,165 hectares by 2027, followed by additional phases.

YEIDA has sanctioned a plan for Film City Phase 1, allocating 230 acres into specific zones for film production, commercial activities, and green areas. Noida Extension is recognised as a dynamic region within the NCR for real estate investment, characterised by improved infrastructure, rising property values, and increasing rental demand.
