Sector 32

Situated near Noida International Airport, YEIDA Sector 32 is an industrial area established for MSMEs and general industries, offering plots that range from 300 square meters to over 4000 square meters. It is located along the Yamuna Expressway.

Sector 32 is planned for industrial use, with plot sizes varying from 300 sqm, 450 sqm, 595 sqm, 1000 sqm, 1800 sqm, and between 5 acres to 10 acres. The sector is flanked by 75-meter-wide roads on three sides and a 100-meter road on one side. Ongoing construction includes peripheral roadworks. Tenders have been called for the internal development of the area, where the internal roads will be 24 meters and 30 meters wide.
